Individual Psychotherapy
By partnering with a caring, highly qualified, and experienced psychologist, you can finally break free from those unwanted emotional and behavioral patterns of the past and start living the life you truly desire! We incorporate a variety of evidence-based approaches into our work with clients to help achieve meaningful and lasting change.
Psychological Assessment
We provide psychological assessment for diagnostic clarification, including assessment of autism and ADHD.
Couple Therapy
We offer Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), an evidence-based treatment for couples. An important goal of couple therapy is to help you and your spouse or romantic partner hear one another differently. We will work on deepening your understanding of one another to alleviate distress and help you reclaim the things you love about your relationship. Learn more about IBCT here.
